Daily Theme: Took a Hard hit to start the day, Over Leveraged against the TREND. I missed a Block Bar sitting at the high of the 5 Minute with Exhuastion as well as another Block Bar in the Pre-open that printed an EOT  at the 4500 tick high.. How did I trade against these? Need more evaluation on the open to establish and confirm my premise. This haunted me all morning..

Sequence 1 Took this trade because we had a 5m cycle and 500 cycle with block bar(But the 5m wasnt over and it turned out to be falling throught the ice) the big mistake was havinmg too much on and also taking some off then getting more on after price was moving away. too risky on this one.

Sequence 3 THis was a good trade but i failed to get more on and was unable to take advantage of the move. was lacking in confidence possibly at this time.

Daily Theme: Took a Hard hit to start the day, Put on some good trades but was too light ounce i got on track. Had a few Probes. But ultimately the problems was money mangement. 
I need to keep an even number of lots on at all times. (2,4 etc.)

Sequence 1 - NOT a good to participate in the markets due to Late FOMC release. I was fully aware of this and skipped my prep rep routine for this reason but still got up to put on some trades!! Mistake. The sequences were OK but in this environment you can only expect choppy ranges and false breaks. So i wound up probing excessively and taking trades that didn't move. 

Daily Theme: How could i expect to benefit when i didn't do my part and knowing what kind of day this would be??? NO Preprep = NO TRADING!!

Sequence 1 - Today we opened light volume but the campaign appeared strong to the upside as we remained above 1634 early. This was my cue to take longs. So i was able to ink a small gain out early on a 15 single cycle.

Sequence 2 - Same Trade as the original just a reentry at higher prices, Good entry. I wasnt able to get much on as price moved away quickly but no regrets. Better light form now.
